9. Sharing

Throughout the project the children had many opportunities to talk about images, present their ideas and listen to each other. This took place both formally in plenary and presentation sessions and more informally in paired and group work, and in interaction in the workshop atmosphere of the network room.

At the end of the project each child had a collection of written work, trial prints in black and white and colour, and a sheet of stamps printed on sticky-back paper only four of which were required for the postcards! Of the four postcard prints, one was kept by each child, another by the school, another by the artist and the fourth by the Whitechapel. Of course more prints can be made from the files at school if required.
