Disposable cameras

As the children were going to take cameras home it was decided to use disposable rather than digital cameras. Disposable cameras are relatively cheap, particularly if bought in bulk. They come in flash and non-flash versions and usually have 24 to 27 exposures. They can be handed in to chemists for photographic processing. In this project two children shared a camera, each taking it home in turn using half the exposures available. A couple of spare cameras were purchased in case individual children had disappointing results or lost their camera so that each child would have their own personal images to work with.
