With reference to the Key Stage 2 programme of study in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the National Curriculum, pupils were able to develop ideas combining image and text, using the conventions of the postcard and stamp format. They were able to control scanners and printers through scanning and image editing software and try out ideas, create, evaluate and improve images, reorganising text and format as appropriate. They were able to share and exchange information through display and presentation of their printed artefacts thinking carefully about content and quality. They had opportunities to review what they and others had done, and talk about their work.
