Possible Additional Session - 3D Modelling in Card or Plasticine

At the planning stage we had decided to give an opportunity for the students to continue to develop their thinking through making three-dimensional card or plasticine models of their best sketch ideas. We didn't have time, but feel it would have been very valuable stage in their design process. We would advise others to use this approach as it gives an opportunity for the students to engage in concrete three-dimensional thinking before moving on to modelling their ideas on screen in CAD software.
